Do you quickly feel overwhelmed by stress?

We have developed two different programmes that do just that: "Activity-Based Stress Release" (ABSR) and "Highly Sensitive, Gifted and Future Orientated" (HSP). Both programmes support you in mastering your everyday life with inner peace.

Both programmes include practical exercises, eurythmy and tools to support you in your everyday life. However, the focus is different: when stress comes from outside, it needs something different than when it comes from your own sensitivity.

🔹 ABSR focuses on your relationship with the environment. Here you learn to act clearly in stressful situations instead of just reacting.

🔹 HSP is aimed at people with heightened sensitivity. It's about using your sensitivity as a source of strength and dealing better with sensory overload.
