Raying through the E-gesture in the legs
Stand upright. Swing your right leg out slightly. Cross it over the other leg at the level of the knee, if that is comfortable, and point the foot a little. Stay anchored in the heart and ray out through the leg and foot. Step forward with the raised foot and repeat the exercise with the other leg. Pay attention that the raying of the foot also straightens the body.
What is your experience of your balance in the exercise “E in the legs”?
- Can you perceive into your supporting leg as you simultaneously lift and move your other leg? What effect does this have on your experience?
- Do you manage to stretch the toes not only by physically moving the joint, but also by energetically raying out through the foot?
- Where is the origin of this raying force? Does it originate in your heart, in your spine, or from elsewhere in your body?
- What effect does it have when you concentrate on the point of connection between the legs? Does that intensify the pressure of the connection? Does it have an effect on your uprightness? What do you experience?
