O in the legs - Becoming big

Create the O with the legs. Try to perceive with your hands how a volume comes into being around your lower body.

What helps to create a sheath around the lower body when doing the O with the legs?
  • Do you notice that when you stay anchored in the feet it has an effect on your sheath? How would you describe this?
  • Do you notice an energetic difference whether you initiate the O by lifting and rounding the legs from below with the feet or whether you create the O from expanding the rounding energy of the thighs?
  • Try to vary the O in the legs with the help of the thighs until you notice a pleasant effect on your breath. What effect does this have on your feeling of being enveloped and on your stability?
